Returns Policy and Trading Terms

ANUK e- Boutique & Boutique Returns / Exchanges & Credit Policy
We will happily offer a return within (7) days of a delivery and provide you with a store credit voucher to the value of the original purchase (less postage costs ) which is valid for (90) days or happily exchange the item for another to the value of your purchase. You must notify us via email sales@anuk.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your product to advise us. The products must be retuned to us with original tags, unwashed, unworn, unmarked, along with proof of purchase and not altered. ANUK reserves the right to return items to the customer if they are not received in their original state that they were sent.

Refunds for full price items will only be given if the garment is deemed to have a manufacturing fault and this will be at the discretion of ANUK.  Wear and tear is not a manufacturing  fault. Merchandise must be within (7) days of delivery & garment must be returned in the original state that it was sent. 
E- boutique credit notes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in store. Boutique credit notes cannot be used on our online store. 

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on SALE items unless deemed faulty. If for some reason we are aware of mark or a fault to the sale item we will notify the customer via email with a description of the fault or mark & it will be entirly up to the customer to either expect or deny the merchandise. 

Intimates, jewellery, swimwear and pierced jewellery are unable to be exchanged, refunded or credited unless they are deemed faulty by ANUK
Credit notes are valid for 90 days for our e-boutique and our bricks and motor store. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they use their credit note within that time frame unfortunately we can't allow any extensions. 
 
Lay-by we currently do not have this service for our online customers.
If you the customer returns a item for refund and it is accepted by Anuk your money will be returned less postage costs. The same for exchanges or credit notes. 
Pre Order items require a 50% deposit at the time. If you wish to cancel your pre-order please note that you will be given a credit note in the amount that you ( the customer ) has paid. You will notified once your pre-order arrives and the amount outstanding will be required within 24hours or your pre-order will be cancelled and no refunds or credit notes will be given.

If you are returning an item for refund, replacement or exchange, we advise that you use a registered parcel bag as we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels not received at our end
