Returns Policy and Trading Terms
We will happily offer a return within (7) days of a delivery and provide you with a store credit voucher to the value of the original purchase (less postage costs ) which is valid for (90) days or happily exchange the item for another to the value of your purchase. You must notify us via email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your product to advise us. The products must be retuned to us with original tags, unwashed, unworn, unmarked, along with proof of purchase and not altered. ANUK reserves the right to return items to the customer if they are not received in their original state that they were sent.
Refunds for full price items will only be given if the garment is deemed to have a manufacturing fault and this will be at the discretion of ANUK. Wear and tear is not a manufacturing fault. Merchandise must be within (7) days of delivery & garment must be returned in the original state that it was sent.
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on SALE items unless deemed faulty. If for some reason we are aware of mark or a fault to the sale item we will notify the customer via email with a description of the fault or mark & it will be entirly up to the customer to either expect or deny the merchandise.
Intimates, jewellery, swimwear and pierced jewellery are unable to be exchanged, refunded or credited unless they are deemed faulty by ANUK
