I just placed an order can I add another item?


Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. If your product hasn't been sent we will add it to your exsiting order.

I’m uncertain about a size how do I contact Anuk ? 

If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email hello@anuk.com.au or call the store during our business hours. Please be aware our advice is a guideline only however, we do our best to ensure accuracy. The team at Anuk are very knowledgable on sizing related questions as all designers can vary. 

The size I want is out stock ?

Please email hello@anuk.com.au with your requirements and contact information and we will source it for you. 

When will I recieve my merchandise, I'm excited ? 

We understand how exciting it can be when you place a online order. If you place your order between Monday - Friday before 3pm it will be dispatched within 24hours. Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following business day.

I ordered online and received a email stating it is out of stock?

We promise you this rarely happens however, in the event that it does you will be offered a full refund / exchange or credit note.

Can you guarantee delivery ?

Unfortunalty no we can't. We can only offer you a best estimate of delivery. 

I ordered a garment online can you guarantee it is delivered by a certain date. 

If you want a item by a certain date please contact Anuk and we can give you a best estimate. We unfortunately can't guarantee any deliveries. Once the merchandise leaves our warehouse it is out of our control. 

My pre-order isn't it in stock yet, were is it ?

We only give a rough estimate as to when preorders arrive. For a variety reasons garments can be caught up at customs, manufacturing delays etc... 

I want to change my delivery address ?

Time is of the essence here please be in immediate contact with Anuk if you need to change your address. Please also understand in the event that you can't connect with us prior to us sending your parcel we can't be held responsible. 

 

All SALE items are final no returns, exchanges or credit vouchers. Please choose carefully
